The Parental PIN is set specific to the platform you are using. Instructions on how to disable a PIN are described for each platform below.

Visit the Parental Controls page on our website which will inform you that you have set-up a PIN and the level at which you set it. Enter in your 4-digit PIN and click on the DISABLE PIN button. This should disable your current PIN.iPhone and iPad app

Select Settings from the YouView Menu on your remote control. Then select the Parental Controls area and select Restrict rated programmes. Enter your Parental PIN. You can now choose to restrict adult channels/categories and programmes.
