Common FAQ results
On an alternative browser, go to the All4.com website, and click the 'Sign into My 4' link at the top of the page. Then click on the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link. Enter your email address and select the Reset Password button. We will email you a link to reset your password. Please remember to check your Junk / Spam folders.
We would strongly suggest you update to one of the following browsers for a better viewing experience:
- Google Chrome
To register you will need to use an alternative browser. For the time being, existing Internet Explorer 11 users will be able to log in with a simpler version of the sign-in form.
However, for the best experience on All 4 please use a more recent browser. See our minimum operating requirements for more details.
Screen reader users with Jaws 18 or above may use the Chrome browser to sign in or register to watch programmes, as this will function as expected.
For anyone using an older version of Jaws (prior to Jaws version 18) we recommend using NVDA and Firefox to give an optimal experience. For getting and setting up NVDA, please see their user guide.

On Monday 13 May there will be some changes to the location of some of our channels on the Freeview EPG. If your Freeview device has not updated automatically - if you perform a manual retune that should fix any issues.
The channel changes will be:
Ch4+1 will be moving from 13 to 15
E4 will be moving from 28 to 13
E4+1 will be moving from 29 to 28
Film4 will be moving from 15 to 14
More4 will be moving from 14 to 18
4Music will be moving from 18 to 29
All our other channels on Freeview remain unaffected.
We are aware of an issue that is affecting some Huawei devices at the moment which means you may be unable to find or download the All 4 app from the Google Play Store. We are looking to find a solution for this.
The models that are affected are:

We're aware that there are issues with the Huawei P20, P30 and Honor Mate 10 devices. We're currently working hard to investigate the root of the problem, but users with these devices may experience performance issues
We have identified an issue where some viewers using a Now TV Smart Box (Model 4500SK) are unable to show subtitles, this issue may also affect other Now TV devices. A factory reset of your box will resolve this issue.
We are working hard on getting this fixed and hope to have a resolution soon.
