Visually striking, roomy inside the double cab, best-driving pick-up out there, long list of equipment and accessories.
Ride quality better but not great, short load bed, needs crude power chip to match rivals on performance.
The best pick-up for UK driving conditions. A huge improvement on its predecessor.

The outgoing Mitsubishi L200 revolutionised the UK's pick-up market. A sector that had been dormant for years suddenly sprung to life as Mitsubishi targeted the lifestyle niche.
Instead of buying a workaday pick-up for hauling bricks, people started buying highly specified Warrior models for tackling the high street. From 1998 to 2006, the market jumped 400%, for which Mitsubishi can single-handedly take the credit.
The importance of the L200 for Mitsubishi in the UK is vital. The pick-up is the company's best-selling vehicle, but it's position as king of the cabs has been overtaken by the Nissan Navara.
Two distinct groups of buyers are targeted. The 4Work and 4Life models are self-consciously utilitarian and aimed at companies with an eye on the bottom line. The so-called 'high series' models - the Warrior, Animal and Elegance - are lifestyle chariots for the image-obsessed.
Offered in three body styles: single, club and double cab, it's the four-door double cab that takes the lion's share of sales. That costs from £16,130 in base 4Work, rising to £23,800 for the Elegance with the automatic gearbox. However, their commercial classification means you can knock 17.5% of that if you're able to reclaim the VAT.
Just one engine is available, a 2.5-litre common-rail turbodiesel, but it's offered in two states of tune, 134bhp or 165bhp.
