Third London Bridge attacker named

The third man in the London Bridge attack was named today as Youssef Zaghba. He was a Moroccan-Italian, who, according to the Italian media, had been stopped by Italian authorities, who feared he was trying to get to Syria last year. It’s raised new questions about what British investigators knew, given that they had investigated one of the other men involved, Khuram Butt.
