Rwanda asylum bill returns to Lords after MPs reject amendments again

The standoff between the Commons and the Lords over the Government’s Rwanda Bill is continuing.

The Lords have just started another debate on the Bill after MPs rejected amendments they had put in yesterday.

Some peers are threatening to defy the Commons again. If they are successful, the row could continue into next week.
