Police watchdog re-investigates case of Tasered man

Senior judges have ordered the independent police watchdog to re-investigate the police Taser death of a factory worker in Manchester. In the first ruling of its kind, the High Court quashed the IPCC’s original inquiry into the death of Jordon Begley in 2013, which cleared any officer of blame.
