MI6 is to face another criminal investigation into allegations its officers were party to the torture of Guantanamo detainees.

The Metropolitan Police Commissioner has agreed to launch an inquiry into the conduct of British intelligence officers when putting questions to a prisoner waterboarded 83 times by the CIA.
