Gender Recognition Bill debate ‘blown out of proportion’, says Equality Network’s Ellie Gomersall

We spoke to Ellie Gomersall, a trans woman who is president of the National Union of Students Scotland, and sits on the board of campaign group the Equality Network.

She’s already waited four-and-a-half years to begin the assessment process that would lead to a Gender Recognition Certificate under the present system.
