Could Boris Johnson become PM again?

As he starts his last week as Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has warned that the high cost of energy means it’s “going to be tough through to next year”.

He insisted that whichever candidate wins next week, there would be a further package of support.  Conservative members have until Friday afternoon to vote for either Liz Truss or Rishi Sunak to be the next Prime Minister.
