‘Combustible cladding’ – are tower blocks safe?

Seven high rise blocks in four English regions which have been tested so far have combustible outer cladding – just like that on Grenfell Tower, according to Number 10. We’ve spent the day at the Chalcott Estate in North London where the council has decided to replace combustible cladding immediately. But not all local authorities are doing the same.
