Locked outside the Tory conference

If this was the Labour conference everyone would be saying “bloody typical chaos”.

But as the entire conference is locked outside the main hotel and conference centre, as it’s the party on the way up not the one on the way down, as it’s not actually raining… everyone’s being reasonably good-tempered.

As for the substance, it’s the Vic Reeves position on Lisbon still. David Cameron “wouldn’t let it lie”. 

More detail than that you’re not getting – Andrew Marr tried for 10mins – because it would be insensitive and prejudicial while the Poles wait for the cheques – sorry, the Czechs.
