Australian government backs controversial development of a massive new coal reserve

As politicians talk, countries around the world continue to see the increasingly damaging effects of climate change.

The Australian government says it is meeting its own carbon emission commitments, but at the same time the Prime Minister is supporting the development of a massive new coal reserve in a remote part of Queensland.
