Alex Ferguson bans reporter for asking Giggs question
At Tuesday’s Manchester United press conference, Alex Ferguson was caught whispering orders to ban an Associated Press journalist for asking a question about Ryan Giggs.
Alex Ferguson attempted to give the proverbial red card to a reporter – Associated Press journalist Rob Harris – who dared ask about Ryan Giggs at a Manchester United training event this morning.
Cameras caught him asking an aide to ban him from the next press conference. Mr Giggs was at work today, as United prepare to face Barcelona this weekend in the Champions League final, although he was kept well away from the tv cameras.
