Will train ticket price cuts help the cost of living crisis?

Train ticket prices are set to be cut by up to a half as the Government tries to address cost-of-living pressures with cheaper  travel for the next month.

In what is being dubbed the Great British Rail Sale, the Transport Secretary said more than one million tickets are going to be reduced.

But critics have suggested it’ll be of limited help.
