Why are black children more likely to be excluded from primary school?

A report from the former children’s commissioner has said that the exclusion of primary school pupils should be banned in England within the next four years.

Ann Longfield also said that black children are more likely to be excluded, and are subject to what she said is ‘adultification’ where they are seen as older than their real age.
