V&A prepares to re-open its doors for first time since lockdown

The giant chandelier at the entrance has been specially cleaned and social distancing measures are in place – as London’s Victoria and Albert Museum prepares to open its doors to visitors again later this week – with its seven miles of galleries to open in phases.

We’ve been speaking to the V&A’s director Tristram Hunt about the re-opening – amid an uncertain future for Britain’s museums and culture.
