Ukraine war: six killed after Russian missile strikes in Kharkiv

Foreign Affairs Correspondent

Krishnan Guru-Murthy: ‘Six people have been killed and dozens injured after Russia fired ballistic missiles at a residential block of flats in Ukraine’s second city, Kharkiv. The injured included emergency workers who came under fire as they helped at the scene.

The attack came as President Biden said Ukraine would be allowed to use American weapons to hit military targets inside Russian territory. That didn’t go down well with the Kremlin, which called it ‘a new level of tension’.’
