The head of the Royal College of Nursing says she wants to negotiate a double digit pay increase for her members – after the union rejected the Government’s 5% pay deal.
Pat Cullen called on ministers to re-open talks, saying she was proud of the determination shown by nurses, who’ve taken strike action in England three times this year.
