UK government say most vulnerable must be vaccinated before sending doses to other countries

The government says it wants to make sure the most vulnerable people in the UK have been vaccinated before it helps other countries with their vaccine shortage.

Today a record number of Britons received their first dose – but scientists have warned that social distancing measures may have to stay in place for many more months.
