‘Too early’ to lift UK coronavirus lockdown, says government

Downing Street says the Prime Minister’s health is “improving” after he spent a third night in intensive care. The government’s emergency Cobra committee met to discuss whether or not to extend the lockdown.

Dominic Raab told those anticipating a relaxation of restrictions that “we’re not done yet”, as Wales’ Health Minister said the measures will continue for “a number of weeks”.
