The Post Office is ‘still toxic and the culture hasn’t changed’, says a former subpostmaster

Chris Head was the youngest postmaster in the UK when he took over his local branch near Sunderland in 2006. But after being accused of stealing eighty thousand pounds, he lost everything, and was forced to move abroad to start again. He’s spent the last few years trying to help other subpostmasters fight for compensation.
