The Director General of US President Trump’s Board of Peace has criticised Israel for its ongoing air strikes in Gaza, which he said jeopardise the ceasefire and the US-backed plan to disarm Hamas.

Nickolay Mladenov also criticised Hamas for failing to stop its military activities.

Life for Gaza’s two million people remains desperate – crammed into an ever-smaller area by Israel’s ever-changing Yellow Line. Those living near it risk injury or death at the hands of Israeli forces.
