Storm Arwen: Up to 30,000 homes remain without power

Up to 30,000 homes remain without power tonight, following extensive damage caused by Storm Arwen.

Five days after parts of northern England and Scotland were lashed with winds of up to 100 miles per hour, frustration is growing within some rural communities at the slow pace of the power companies reconnecting their homes.
