Rishi Sunak says political correctness won’t stop grooming gangs crackdown

Rishi Sunak has claimed that victims of grooming gangs have too often been ignored because of racial sensitivity and political correctness, as he outlined plans for a new police task force to tackle the gangs.

The Prime Minister and the Home Secretary launched the proposals during a visit to Rochdale in Greater Manchester, where a high profile British-Pakistani grooming gang was uncovered more than a decade ago.
