Revealed: confidential Q&A Save the Children staff say was sent

Save the Children is among 22 aid organisations to have signed a joint letter declaring they are “truly sorry” for the failings over the way allegations of sexual misconduct by workers were handled, and admitting “there can be no tolerance for the abuse of power”.

Tonight we have obtained a Q&A staff say they were sent after claims of inappropriate behaviour first surfaced. And we asked one former employee for her views on the working culture there.
