PMQs: Ukrainian ambassador receives standing ovation in House of Commons

Breaking the formal rules of the House of Commons, MPs from all parties joined a standing ovation for the Ukrainian ambassador in the chamber today.

But there was less harmony when it came to restrictions imposed on Russian oligarchs, with the Labour leader demanding to know why the owner of Chelsea football club, Roman Abramovich, had not been sanctioned.
