Performers fear for their livelihoods during coronavirus shutdown

Theatres are dark. Concert venues shuttered. Parades and festivals cancelled.

While some artists have managed to take to the internet to keep performing – many say the current lack of support for freelancers means they could see their entire livelihoods disappear.
