Pensions Regulator to prosecute former BHS owner

The former British Home Stores owner, Dominic Chappell, is to be prosecuted by the Pensions Regulator accused of failing to comply with the investigation into the firm’s sale. Mr Chappell is accused of failing to hand over information without a reasonable excuse. BHS plunged into administration last year, throwing thousands of jobs into the balance and leaving a pension black hole of more than £570 million.
