Pensions landmark decision which could affect millions

Denise Brewster had been living with her partner Lenny McMullan for ten years when he died suddenly. Because they weren’t married she wasn’t automatically entitled to a share of his pension. She challenged that ruling and today the Supreme Court backed her claim.
