Partygate: Four more Tory MPs call for PM to quit

After yesterday’s publication of Sue Gray’s report containing lurid details of Downing Street’s lockdown parties – today the acting commissioner of the Metropolitan Police was asked to defend the decision to issue just one fixed penalty notice to Rishi Sunak, Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie.

Since the publication of the Gray report, four more Conservative MPs have called for the prime minister to resign.
