Parents launch damages claim after ‘almost certainly preventable’ stillbirth

The parents of a little girl who was stillborn have launched a damages claim against the NHS, after a report found her death was “almost certainly preventable”. Harriet Hawkins was born after a six- day labour at Nottingham City Hospital. Her parents, Jack and Sarah Hawkins believe the trust has yet to accept responsibility for the trauma that they went through.
