‘Ministers will fly in’ if negotiations falter, says COP veteran Rachel Kyte

If the thousands of young people who marched through Glasgow today say they feel shut out of the nitty gritty of negotiations at conferences like COP26, what about the view of those engaging with the heart of the process? And what’s actually going on in the negotiations?

Rachel Kyte is the dean of the Fletcher School at Tufts University in the US, and as a former UN Special Representative on sustainability is a veteran of a number of COPs.
