Marcus Rashford calls for PM to review England’s free school meals

The footballer turned campaigner Marcus Rashford has written to the prime minister calling for an urgent review of the free school meals policy in England.

The letter, which is also signed by a range of charities, educational leaders and celebrities like Jamie Oliver, follows criticism that food parcels being sent to England’s poorest families were inadequate.
