Manchester Arena Inquiry: Victims’ families have ‘little faith’ that changes will be made

The devastating details of the many missed chances to stop a bombing and of the failings following the attack at a pop concert that killed 22 people in May 2017 have been laid out in three damning reports.

Now the long-running Manchester Arena Inquiry has come to a close with three days in which the leaders of public bodies have been setting out what progress they’ve made in implementing the recommendations of those reports.
