Madeleine McCann: Police to test ‘material’ recovered in latest search

The latest hunt for clues in the 16-year search for missing Madeleine McCann has ended.

Police say they will now test material they have removed from the Arade dam in the Algarve, around 30 miles from where three-year-old Madeleine went missing in 2007.

The cordon around the search area has now been taken down and reopened to the public.
