Local lockdown starts in Welsh county Rhondda Cynon Taf

With a local lockdown just enforced in the Welsh county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf –  a Covid testing centre has been set up expressly for residents to get checked out. But when we talked to people in the queue – they appeared to have driven long distances with some driving for hours to get there.
