Israeli air force launch strikes deep inside Lebanon

The Israeli air force has launched strikes on Lebanon – targeting areas deep inside the country’s borders after Hezbollah earlier took down an Israeli drone.

The escalation on the northern front comes with negotiations on a possible ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas underway in Doha.
