‘Her teachers wept’: Lebanese father mourns 11-year-old killed by Israeli missile

Israeli troops have pushed into new parts of southern Lebanon, in what the military called “limited and targeted” ground operations.

It’s exactly two weeks since Iran’s ally Hezbollah began firing rockets into Israel, pulling Lebanon into the war.

Since then Israeli attacks have killed at least 886 people, including 111 children, and displaced almost a million others.
