Covid: What life is like for clinically vulnerable children waiting for a jab

As the government stakes everything on the mass booster drive, there is still one particular group at risk – children aged under 12. They still can’t get any vaccines at all.

Other countries have already begun handing out jabs to younger children but here, even those who are deemed clinically vulnerable can’t get vaccinated as it hasn’t yet been approved.

We met some of the families who have been affected.
