Coronavirus: Rise in hate crimes against Chinese and Asian communities

There’s growing concern about the number of coronavirus related hate crimes against the Chinese and Asian communities.

A charity that monitors hate crime now wants more support from the government to tackle the issue. Today two teenage boys were arrested on suspicion of racially assaulting a Singaporean man following the outbreak.
