Climate change: UK communities may need to move away from coasts and rivers

Whole communities might need to be moved away from coasts and rivers to prepare for climate change, the Environment Agency has warned.
They said at least a £1bn a year needs to be spent on England’s flood and coastal defences, if global temperatures rise by between 2 and 4 Celsius by the turn of the century.
