Child protection in England needs fundamental change review into deaths of two children says

A national review into the deaths of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes and Star Hobson says concerns by members of their extended families were ignored.

There was weak decision making and poor information sharing within child protection services, and the way child protection is approached in England needs to “change fundamentally” – that’s according to the Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel.
