A woman who reported being sexually assaulted by a nursing assistant in a unit for people with learning difficulties has told this programme she feels she wasn’t believed by the authorities. Her alleged assailant, Kris Wade, wasn’t prosecuted and later went on to murder another woman. The case has triggered calls for a public inquiry in Wales.
