Boris Johnson condemns third night of Kill the Bill protests in Bristol as ‘disgraceful’

Boris Johnson has condemned a third night of violence during protests in Bristol as “disgraceful” – claiming there was a mob which was “intent on violence”. Ten people were arrested after scuffles broke out at a march against increased police powers.  The local force has urged people not to take part in any further protests “for the sake of public health”.
