Bitcoin developer who fought against the Islamic State

A Briton who was a leading developer of the online currency Bitcoin and projected as a future billionaire, has been under police investigation for going to Syria to fight against the self-styled Islamic State group.  Amir Taaki claims he spent over three months on the frontline with the Kurdish militants, the YPG and a further year helping the “Rojava revolution”.
