Barking MP Dame Margaret Hodge says demand for oxygen ‘is exceeding supply’ at her local hospital

With London struggling to control its coronavirus crisis – the worst hit area in the capital – and indeed in Britain – is Barking and Dagenham. There latest figures suggest as many as one in 16 people are feared to be currently infected.
