Arthur Labinjo-Hughes: National review into death of six-year-old

The whole nation is “distraught” at the tragic death of 6-year-old Arthur Labinjo Hughes, the Education Secretary Nadhim Zahawi has told MPs.

Mr Zahawi said no government could legislate for evil, but pledged to do whatever it took to protect children and prevent such abuse from happening again.
