George Galloway has insisted he has no regrets about his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother. His comments came as he returned to his constituency in east London today.

The Respect MP said that the six and a half million viewers of the programme justified his antics, but that his reality television career was over.

Our political correspondent Cathy Newman reports from Bethnal Green, where not all of Mr Galloway's constituents welcomed him back to the real world.
