The company behind the Sats marking fiasco to go by 'mutual consent'

The qualifications and curriculum authority says it is dissolving its five year contract with ETS Europe by "mutual consent".
So with its contract scrapped and more than £20m to be paid back, the company at the centre of the school test marking fiasco will go.
Teaching unions said schools which still hadn't received complete results would feel vindicated.
