Police in Pakistan are blaming the Taliban after a bomb exploded killings dozens in the heart of Lahore.

It is thought the country's intelligence service headquarters was the intended target as four gunmen got out of a car, opening fire on the building before setting off the car bomb.

Officials said it was revenge for their offensive against the Taliban in the Swat region of north west Pakistan.

It is the third deadly attack in Lahore since March.

Lindsay Hilsum and the Pakistan's High Commissioner Wajid Shamsul Hasan speak to Channel 4 News about the Pakistan bomb attack.
